Lead Time
All fixtures are handmade to order, with an approximate lead time of 4-8 weeks.
Rush production is available at 20 percent for projects that require shorter lead times.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
All returns must be shipped back to Two Kings & Company within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Returns shipped without prior contact and consent from Two Kings & Company will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom
- Personalized
- Pendants
- Installed and or attempted to be installed
- Orders that are not in original condition
- Orders of 2 or more fixtures
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping cost is non-refundable and there is a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from all returns.
I don't accept cancellations after 48 hours from the original order date,
but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
